Observed by the indigenous culture of Mexico and Central America for centuries, families all over Mexico gather to decorate the gravesites of their ancestors, erecting altars covered with marigolds. These altars typically feature photographs of the deceased and are adorned with his or her favourite foods, tobacco and drinks. Many families spend the night in the cemetery, eating, drinking, visiting and respectfully remembering their dead. Adriana's Cocina Mexicana honours those departed loved ones - they are gone but not forgotten. In addition to the regular dinner menu, Adriana offers the following special dishes: Molé Tamales Tostadas - chicken, beef or veggies Mexican Seafood Paella Pan de Muertos - served with all meals a take-home treat!
