Your choice of the following Entrées:
Fish Lovers - West Coast Mexican Salmon
Delicious salmon fillet marinated in maple-smoked chile and fresh lime juice. Pan fried and baked to perfection, this satisfying meal is light and full of flavour. Served with rice.
Meat Lovers - Pollo Desperado in Chipotle chiles
Slices of chicken breast with a distinctive smokey flavour to which cream is added to defuse the heat of the chipotle spice. This succulent dish is served on a bed of rice.
Meat Lovers - Cochinita Maya (from the Yucatan Peninsula)
Exotic Achiote sauce is combined with orange juice, garlic, cumin and spices to penetrate the pork loin and baked very slowly in a banana leaf. Texture and flavour is guaranteed in one of Mexico's best foods!
Veggie Lovers - Empanada Poblana
Authentic turnovers made with corn "masa" are stuffed with a roasted pasilla mix and feta cheese, then folded and fried. The combination is absolutely fantastic! Served with a "canasta" (basket) of guacamole, salsa and sour cream.
All main courses are served with a Valentine's salad:
Spring greens, avocados, grapefruit, red onions and a red wine honey-ginger vinaigrette.
After dinner comes the dessert for the sweet tooth lovers...
Corazones de Chocolate Chocolate cake hearts covered with a thick chocolate-coconut icing. Each savory heart is placed with care and laid on a cream strawberry sauce.
